Recipe for Cilantro Rice
Makes 4 servings, each approximately 96 calories, 0 grams fat,
22 grams carbs, 0 grams fiber, 2 grams protein, 3 WW Points+
Ingredients:
2 cups warm cooked rice
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP chopped cilantro
1 TBSP chopped scallion
Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and serve right away.
