Chopped Caprese Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups diced tomato
1 cup diced mozzarella cheese
2 TBSP basil chopped into fine ribbons
Salt and pepper to taste
1 TBSP EVOO
1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
Method:
Combine, chill and enjoy.
