Makes 1 Breakfast Treat, approximately 57 calories, 2 grams fat, .7 grams carbs, 0 fiber, 10.4 grams protein, 2 WW Points+
½ cup egg whites
1 ½ TBSP low fat grated cheese (I used Colby Jack)
5 pieces turkey pepperoni, cut in quarters
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:Liberally spray a glass prep bowl, or other microwave safe bowl with cooking spray. Add all ingredients, making sure to have ½ an inch left to the top of the bowl. Cook on high until fluffy and set (1 ½ minutes in my microwave). Watch as it cooks, it will puff up over the top of the bowl slightly. Turn out on to a plate.
