Makes 7 pancakes, each approximately 94 calories, 1 gram fat, 16 grams carbs, .05 grams protein, 4 grams protein (without butter and syrup)
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup milk (we used 1%)
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
a pinch of cinnamon
a cap full of vanilla
Method:
Mix all ingredients and pour by 1/4 cup full on to a hot griddle. Cook for 1-2 minutes until top is bubbled. Flip, cook another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Serve with butter and syrup.
